We are people first, hoteliers second. The well-being of our guests, team members and community is our number-one priority, today and every day. Our guest well-being and sanitization standards are being implemented at Hotel Preston.

For your safety and the safety of our staff, we have implemented:

  • A Limited-Contact Check-In Process
  • Accredited Health, Safety and Cleaning Processes
  • Virtual Concierge Services

We’ve removed all paper and reusable informational collateral from our rooms. Guests can now learn about available services by texting Paige, our Virtual Concierge. Your desk agent will provide instructions for Paige at check-in. Contactless check-in can also be requested in advance.

Cleaning & Sanitation

At Hotel Preston, we’re actively implementing a guest well-being and sanitization standard driven by local and state health organizations, American Hotel and Lodging Association guidelines, and CDC guidance. Our team is actively trained on COVID-19 safety and sanitation protocols and will actively take necessary precautions to ensure a safe environment for our guests.

We actively increase the frequency of property-wide cleaning and disinfecting measures. This includes covering guest rooms, high-touch surfaces, and everything in between. This encompasses public areas, entrances, elevators, restrooms, and back-of-house spaces.

Wellness Checks

While on the property, if you or any guest start exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19, please immediately alert a member of the hotel staff.

Additionally, we conduct daily temperature checks for employees. Any employee with a fever (temperature over 100°F) or showing signs of illness or virus will be immediately directed toward appropriate medical care facilities.


FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that flexibility is crucial for you right now. Additionally, we want to emphasize the flexibility already incorporated into our rates and packages, enabling you to adjust your travel plans as needed.

Our Flexible Rate empowers you to change or cancel your reservation up to noon (12pm) on the day of your arrival. Furthermore, changing the date on any reservations through our Flexible Rate may result in different pricing, but there are no fees for making changes.
